  • Work will begin only after written or verbal approval from the customer.
  • A deposit may be required before the project begins.
  • Full payment must be made upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

  • Provide access to the worksite
  • Ensure utilities are available (electricity, water, etc.)
  • Remove personal items and fragile objects from the work area
  • Keep pets and children away from the work area for safety

5. Changes to Project Scope

Any additions or changes requested after work begins (extra rooms, color changes, repairs, etc.) will be considered a change order and may result in additional charges.

6. Scheduling & Delays

We make every effort to complete projects on time. However, schedules may be affected by:

  • Bad weather
  • Availability of materials
  • Unforeseen wall/drywall damage

We will inform the customer of any necessary schedule changes.

7. Work Quality & Warranty

We guarantee high-quality workmanship and materials.
Our warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by customer neglect
  • Moisture issues, leaks, or structural problems
  • Natural fading or wear due to weather conditions

8. Cancellation

Customers may cancel before work begins.
Cancellation after approval may result in a charge for materials purchased or labor already performed.

9. Liability

Prime Power Painting is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage to surfaces
  • Damage due to hidden conditions (moisture, mold, etc.)

We are fully committed to safe working practices and responsible project management.

10. Limitation of Use (Website)

You agree not to:

  • Copy or reuse website content without permission
  • Attempt unauthorized access or disrupt website functionality
